“Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been positive. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.”

“This was my first time visiting Maxx Nutrition. At first, I was disappointed they didn’t have exactly what I came in for and was about to head to GNC—but then I was greeted by Dallin. He gave me a warm welcome and went out of his way to help me find great alternatives. His customer service was outstanding: professional, friendly, and very informative. The only thing that made it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the meat is a bit too big for me I'm used to it being more chopped but that doesn't take away the taste just a huge preference for me that's all & the horchata wasn't that good to me unfortunately 🥺 but the food is AMAZING! Worth the wait 🙌🏻 definitely coming again and again. I wish they stayed open a little longer 😭 my pregnancy cravings are intense later in the night haha.”
