The bacon waffle was so damn good! First impression was WOW, this place was different, smelled pleasant, and it was interesting that there was a flower shop in the foreground lol I enjoyed the seating, it wasn't busy when we'd gone inside so we got a great spot to sit down and enjoy our waffle. The waffle I had was so delicious! It was crispy on the outside and had that cakey texture on the inside that I liked. It was also topped with 2 pieces of bacon! If anyone is planning on going to Seattle, this is the spot to try!
