Ben & Jerry's is located in a super cute spot just steps from the beach, close to all the action on Alki and perfect for a date or after-dinner snack. The brand new location shares a space with a coffee shop. The staff is often friendly, welcoming, and patient, offering free samples of the many unique, top-quality flavors. Options are great and delicious, with favorites like Cookies and Cream and Mint and Cookies. The small scoop is often considered the perfect amount. The shop is very clean and organized with plenty of tables to sit and meet friends.
However, prices are frequently described as way too high for the portion size, making it feel expensive for what you get. While the ice cream itself is good and never disappoints, service can sometimes be just OK or feel rushed, especially when busy or near closing. There is usually a line, but it goes quick.
