ComeBuyTEA Seattle is a cute bubble tea shop that uses freshly brewed tea, originating from Taiwan. The shop features a unique and fascinating brewing process with giant Teaspresso machines and tea hoppers on the walls, where tea is ground and brewed right in front of customers. This results in an authentic taste with actual tea flavor. The bubble tea is definitely on the sweeter side, and adjusting the sweetness level may not be very effective. However, the tapioca is good and the flavor is good. They offer a lovely assortment of oolong, black, and green teas, including classic tea options with no added ingredients, which are of higher quality. It is considered the best spot for an iced tea, like a jasmine green iced tea, to sip while strolling around Capital Hill on a sunny day and is a favorite tea spot for many.
