We came in on a Saturday night and the restaurant was nearly empty - maybe 2 other parties were there. We were seated quickly but the staff barely interacted with us after that. Every time we wanted to order, one of us had to get up from the table and walk over to the staff who were just sitting on their phones. I will say I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the meat...given it was a AYCE style hotpot. You can make your own dipping sauce which is always fun. We got 30% heat of beef broth and on the other side it was just regular beef broth. Service was real sweet and being short staffed he did a great job making sure we were okay with the food!I will definitely be coming back and perhaps dropping the spice level to 10% lol

I would give this place a 3.5Came to this area to try out shelter lounge but had wayyy too long of a wait (iykyk lol). Decided on going to this place instead. I would say I wasn't disappointed! It was $34.99/person all you can eat. They had a good amount of options for meat and sides (beef, pork belly, seafood, rice, noodles...) Tried the spicy soup, mushroom and beef broth soup.
