Nicole out does herself... EVERY TIME! Her desserts are absolutely phenomenal. She is easy to work with, reasonably priced, her artistic abilities cannot be topped and most importantly, they taste absolutely delicious. Her lemon cake is beyond FABULOUS and I honestly could have licked the cake stand. EVERYONE AT THE PARTY WANTED TO KNOW WHO MADE IT. Yummy yummy!

Mon Chou is an absolute gem with an incredible atmosphere and a beautiful, inviting space. The croissants are easily some of the best in the city—perfectly flaky, buttery, and unforgettable—with a crispy delicate outer texture and a heartier tender bite inside. The coffee is just as delicious, with a rich and balanced flavor, and the overall quality of their baked goods reflects a level of care and craftsmanship that is truly hard to find. The place is bright, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a wide selection of French-style pastries and sweets, all very inviting and well presented. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and it is very accommodating for families. The staff is friendly, and a wonderful woman at the counter is incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely delightful. Located in a nice area, it is a great spot for a relaxed breakfast. One note: the lack of pricing makes customers feel awkward and forced to ask for the price of everything, and a 16-ounce gingerbread latte with a $1 tip came to over $8.
