Oasis Tea Zone (CID) Reviews
As a previous employee, their quality standards and health safety standards are in the dirt. The ice machine constantly had mold and they would not clean or replace it for example. Rats in the Chinatown location. Absolutely awful company culture as well, take advantage of the youngest and least experienced employees because they don't know their rights. I have been going here since I was little as was so excited to work there, but the awful cleanliness standards and no recipe...read full review
I've been going to oasis Chinatown location for atleast a decade now and it's normally my go to boba shop. unfortunately we now have to yell our orders for the cashiers to hear us and if you want food, don't bother. after 31 minutes of waiting for popcorn chicken I asked about our order and they said they haven't even started on it and that it's going to be another 10-15 min. If the wait is going to be 40+min for food then there should be better communication between the staff...read full review
Not only is the tea delicious, but I had the most amazing customer service experience with the owner today. They really care about their customers! Thank you!

Oasis Tea Zone, also known as Oasis Boba, is located in the heart of Seattle's Chinatown. It is a great spot for boba and food at a reasonable price. The restaurant has attractive décor, a full spectrum menu, and plenty of seating. Service is quick, and drinks are received very fast. The drinks are very good with well-balanced flavors. The best bubble tea in Seattle features tapioca that is still warm, and can be ordered snow or slush. Specific menu items include bucket fries, Boba, a grilled cheese, a gourmet durian smoothie, Thai Tea with boba, and Taro for $3.31. Unfortunately, the chicken has made some customers sick. The atmosphere is awesome, making it a totally cool hangout spot. A highlight is the professional and upbeat service from Thao.
