Since I tried these, I think of bagels differently. Both my boyfriend and I love these, he got a butter and honey bagel and I ordered hummus on mine. So simple yet so delicious, just one bite and we were shocked of the amazing taste. The man who took care of us was really nice and polite. This was on November 2020.
What a gem in the world of bagels!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try.We have known AJ Gambari, the CEO/Owner of SBB for many years. I always suspected he would be an outstanding entrepreneur/business man. To many of us, the SBB proves it. SBB was languishing and AJ has revived it and improved. The bagels are tasty and fresh. He is "cooking up" some new innovations that will further differentiate him from the competition. Everything is great.... bagel dog is my fav. No cheap dog in there...read full review

The name of the company actually changed to BagelBop. When I went, there was only one woman working, so the line took awhile, but the breakfast sandwich was very good - better than I expected a bagel from Seattle to be. Good amount of seasoning and the sandwich was fresh/hot, and you can see it being made.
