This Starbucks Coffee Company is located inside the Sheraton Grand Seattle hotel, making it very convenient for hotel guests and those going to the convention centre. It is primarily a take-out location, though there is plenty of seating shared with the hotel's lobby. The store is well laid out and open from 5am to 5pm daily. Customers find it very convenient to grab fresh coffee and drinks on the go, often ordering online with the app for quick pick-up. The staff receives consistent praise for being amazing, super friendly, kind, helpful, professional, attentive, and well-staffed. Their excellent service and genuine care contribute to a wonderful and enjoyable experience. While sometimes there is a line, the crew is on top of everything. Orders, including teas and sandwiches, are consistently made correctly. The location also sells Washington and Seattle coffee cups or ornaments as cool souvenirs. Some customers wish it was open later for an evening boost, but appreciate the free cup of water offered with drinks.

If I can, I will start my day here. The food options they have now are amazing. Coffee? We all know how good it is.

Spent a fortune at this Starbucks during Emeral City VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT over memorial day weekend ... probably over $100 plus the ridiculous 10.5% tax!!!!. Overall very nice posh location but slow, expensive, and lackluster fulfillment... one morning coffee was warm not hot, one days breakfast order was screwed up and we got three sandwiches with two being the wrong ones ( cheaper and less tasty ones too ). Points haven't showed up yet either.
