About TangleTown Public House

TangleTown Public House is a lively and relaxed public house that offers a solid selection of pizzas, including the flavorful margarita and Dave's pizza (mushroom & sausage). The restaurant also serves tasty appetizers like cauliflower and homemade pita bread with hummus and roasted red pepper dip. The food menu features popular items such as garlic puffs, fried chicken sandwich, and the classic breakfast pizza with sausage and egg on top, although the egg whites may sometimes be undercooked. The fried green tomatoes caprese is highly recommended and considered one of the best dishes. The bar staff is friendly and engaging, providing great conversation and attentive service. The location is convenient with free street parking nearby. The ambiance exceeds expectations, especially during brunch on Fridays to Sundays, when the place is kid-friendly. The restaurant offers outdoor seating that is comfortable enough for chatting with friends. Visitors have enjoyed good food at fair prices, including pizza to take home and some unique drinks like Russian River beers on tap, including Pliney the Elder. The menu is somewhat funky, with options like chicken strips and fries that are great for kids. Overall, it’s a great spot for a casual meal with good food, a friendly atmosphere, and a great drinks list.

Great beer and pizza - was my review 4 years ago when this place was new.
Now, new owner I believe and 50% price raises - $18 cheese boat when they opened is $30 now - too much for a local family. I understand food/service is expensive in Seattle, but this was such a great place for families, now it's way overpriced. Very sad.
My friend and I popped in for a drink and some fries. The bartenders were super friendly and helpful and drinks were delicious. Fries were crispy and hot.
The vibe inside is relaxed and it was nice to see a nice variety of folks out and about
Cool people, great neighborhood vibe, good food. Had nice interactions with other patrons.
