“We ordered the huli chicken & short rib combo plate, which was enough for my husband and me. The place was nearly empty and the food came out really fast. First bite and my feet started tapping on the floor happily 😊 10 outta 10 will be back!“

“The owner was so welcoming and kind, hardworking and passionate about her food and providing a great experience! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us even though we were the last customers of the night and were there a bit past close.
The portion sizes were big and the food was outstanding, this was the best restaurant experience I have had in Seattle!“

“I love Noi Thai Cuisine with all of my heart. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. I enjoy the candle lit dark ambiance, and the decor is great! I usually eat alone there but it feels like visiting family. Today I tried the chicken satay and it was simply incredible. My favorite part about this restaurant is the Tom Kha soup. I think about their soup when I am thousands of miles away. I think about it too much. It’s even been in my dreams. Every time I land at the Seattle airport, I am hurrying as fast as I can to the light rail so I can get to Noi Thai Cuisine for my favorite soup. Idk what they do to it…but no other Tom Kha soup will ever compare. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Noi Thai Cuisines Tom Kha soup. I want to start trying more of their menu, but I am addicted to their Tom Kha soup. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and kind. I will continue to dine here as much as possible…forever. Thank you for filling me with so much joy!!!! I definitely reccommend Noi Thai Cuisine to everyone, they won’t let you down. I can’t give them five stars…..because they deserve five million stars. ;)“

“A great hidden gem in Ballard! Really clean and nice ambiance. The waitress and the chef were very friendly and provided great customer service. They have a happy hour menu here including some appetizers as well as dishes. We ordered Pad Thai for really great price and it was delicious! We'll definitely be back. ☺“

“Ray’s Rice and Noodle Bar is such a great find! The restaurant has a cute, clean ambiance, and sitting outside along Greenwood makes for a perfect casual dining experience. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful — the Pad Thai was absolutely delicious, and the fried eggplant was so fresh and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted vibrant and well-prepared. I’ll definitely be returning!“

“We have been to over fifty Thai restaurants, mostly in the Seattle area, and this place STILL impressed us! The food we ordered ranged from very solid (the mango sticky rice) to absolutely exceptional (the pad see ew, kao soi, and horapa). Strongly recommend Nua Thai!“

“I’m Thai so I always have high expectations for Thai restaurants. But this place I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I don’t see much Southern Thai food in the area, so this is new and exciting.
They accommodated our 6-person reservation. The portions are on the smaller side, which let us try many dishes. I can say everything we tried was really delicious and authentic. The main highlight was MUU KHO. We had to order it twice. The spiciness level isn’t really at the level of southern food you’d find in Thailand, but I understand why. Myself, from central Thailand, cannot handle the real southern spiciness either, so this was perfect for us.
Service was great and very attentive. There are many other dishes we didn’t try, and we will definitely come back.“

“I live in West Seattle and have heard a lot about Buddha Rukhsar but have never been there - well, my loss. This place is amazing and my favorite Thai place in Seattle. They have traditional Thai dishes like curry, as well as some different menu items you can't get elsewhere. We called them and made a reservation for Saturday dinner. So glad we did because when we arrived at 7:30pm their wait time was over 45 minutes. We were seated quickly and ordered the following items:… Details“

“Midnight Cravings = Masterpiece Meals 🍛🔥
Who knew the best Thai food in Seattle would show up fashionably late—with flavor that doesn’t sleep? I grabbed yellow curry, midnight rice, and chicken wings from ChicChic Thai and let me tell you… I may never recover. ($38 for pure edible joy? Yes please.)
The yellow curry came boiling hot, stuffed with tender chicken and veggies, and had that rich, creamy texture dreams are made of. The spice? Enough kick to remind you it’s Thai—but not enough to wreck your tastebuds. Just that “I see you, chef” kind of spice.
The midnight rice? Moist without being greasy (a culinary tightrope act), bursting with bold flavor, fresh veggies, and whole cashews. Oh, and a little house-made red pepper vinaigrette on the side? Chef’s kiss. Literally elevated every bite.
Now the wings. Oh, the wings. Perfectly fried, not a drip of grease in sight, with seasoning so on point it had me questioning every other wing I’ve ever loved. A sneaky heat that builds with each bite, crisped skin, juicy center… these wings deserve a trophy.
Add to that a chef who’s so humble he won’t even accept a tip—but 1000% deserves one—and stays open until 1:30am for all us hungry gremlins? Icon behavior.
Support this spot. Eat the wings. Say hi to the chef. And bring your appetite—he cooks like someone who loves to feed people well, and it shows in every single bite.“

“This is my absolute go-to spot for Thai food. The Lynwood has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff members are always friendly, even when it gets busy. No matter what, I always order Stir fried squid with salted egg yolk—it’s a must-have for me. But what keeps things exciting is that they’re always introducing new dishes that bring me right back to home in Thailand. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and full of depth. Their cocktails are also incredible—perfectly balanced and a great complement to the meal. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, this place never disappoints.“

“We have transited past Bua 9 for several years and finally dropped in. Our order came out quickly! And graciously served. Everyone was real nice (including the patrons, which speaks volumes). It's true: hard to get bad Thai food in Seattle. But each dish was true to its intention, and correctly spiced. Very delicious! Panang curry with brown (red! Maroon) rice was delightful. Pad Kee Mao was correct, vegetables perfectly cooked. We selected the basil fried rice and it had the right waké. The swimming rama was all of the things. Next time we won't wait nearly as long to come back.“

“The food was amazing and so was the staff! When I say they are QUICK, I mean it. We had just ordered and we waited less than 5 mins to receive everything. The waitress was super friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come again if I was in town!“

“The panang duck was so good , excellent sauce with it. The fresh rolls and two dipping sauces beautiful to look at as well as taste. The service was very friendly and fast and the inside decor is classy but comfortable. My only complaint was a big beautiful purple onion was on plate with duck , true it could be to look good which it did but I still think it could have been cooked more and looked beautiful. Wasn’t able to eat. Still a 9 out of ten. Will go again. Nice looking happy hour“

“I had suspected from vibes alone that this would be a great eating experience in Seattle. I called to order two fresh salad rolls, a tofu Pad Thai and side of rice. It was ready as fast as i could drive there, but the ingredients still tasted fresh and toasty.
This is a takeout only location, but the moment inside of the shop obtaining your food has a great ambience, warm, welcoming, clean, and great smells.
I would like to emphasize that one order of fresh rolls is two rolls the size of your head. PHENOMENAL value for fresh rolls. The lettuce is crunchy and, as the name was suggest, very fresh.
I will be returning and making this a staple of my Thai food pick up needs.“

“We are smitten with the oxtail Khao Soi but lately have been opting for the newer Wagyu (both A5 & Japanese are to die for!) I wish they were open on Mondays - that's when I have the worst craving for Khao Soi! My brother likes the tenderloin or braised beef. We've tried all of them except for goat... but that's because we are so satisfied and craving the Oxtail and the wagyu!! Also there is a very tasty deconstructed Passion Fruit pie with i think a shortbread component and a torched meringue star topping - so soooo good! You MUST try Ginger & Scallion - you won't be sorry!!! I am trying to convince them to open a location closer to the Lynnwood/Lake Forest Park area where I live/work! I'd go every day....“

“We fell in love with the food and staff at the West Seattle commissary (and miss them very much) but just recently visited their wonderful new storefront space on Greenwood in Shoreline! We're big fans of the Khao Man tofu and the Khao Man Gai (Hainan simmered chicken, like I had growing up in Hong Kong), and of course the Thai tea, and mango sticky rice. Patty just introduced us to the corn fritters which were amazing. We discovered it's the best place to detour to avoid I-5 traffic coming home from Bellingham. Don't miss this place for a delicious lunch or dinner!!“

“Vegan options - the service was so polite and friendly as it was an impulse selection. The crispy rolls and potstickers were a great start...they were hot so let them cool down first before eating. The main courses with a selection of orange tofu, pad see ew, and then of course the 45th street noodles. The 45th street are basically noodles and pho wrapped in a fresh roll, so good! Definitely going back if in the area again!“

“Adorable little restaurant with a solid medium amount of food options so you dont get overwhelmed, covering all the core items you may want.
Ask for the dessert menu if you want anything as they arent on the menu but are really solid Thai options!
Vegetarian friendly with a lot of options for protein or different dietary needs. Service was friendly, quick, and helpful - all for a good price.
I do reccomend going if you want a lowkey dinner spot that is not too busy, a bit cozy, and you want some comfort food.“

“Delicious food here and consistent quality. Everything I’ve had has been delicious. My favorites: crispy garlic chicken, garlic eggplant, pad see ew.
A comfortable neighborhood restaurant with welcoming staff and quick cook times.
My only complaint is that they sometimes clean the floor with bleach while customers are there, which gives me a headache. But I’m glad to know the restaurant is very clean and orderly.“

“This place is a hidden gem!!!
We came here for restaurant week without knowing much about it and left eager to come back! The food was all really good and a fun fusion of Thai and French or Italian cuisine. The portions were also really generous and we left very full.
