“Not sure if they have new managment but the drive thru staff are pretty good. Most of them are young but they greet me and thank me everytime I order food here. Sometimes they have missed items like sweet and sour sauce or put cheese in my burger when I requested them to NOT put cheese. The stsff are not in a rush when they hand me my food. Overall the food isn't bad and the service is pretty good compared to other mcdonalds I've been to.“

“I received good customer service from Murphy, Ella, and Gabby. They were friendly working hard in the heat. They were smiling giving a good attitude setting the tone for a great atmosphere. I appreciate their customer service over their quality of food though. Fantastic team you guys.“

“Food is same as other Dairy Queen’s, the building itself could really need some updates, drive thru is always long due to limited fast food options in the vicinity. They employ a great deal of younger high-school aged kids which can cause problems at some workplaces but they all seem to get along. For the average age of all employees being 18, the customer service is great. Everyone there always tries to be pleasant and do a good job. The only complaint I have is management won’t allow sale of ice cream cake through the drive-thru so you have to go inside, which sometimes isn’t possible when the lobby closes before the drive thru. The other recent reviews seem to forgot there is just a bunch of kids working here, lower your expectations more towards reality!“

“Order and eat from your car like the old days. The only thing missing are the servers on skates and the trays to attach to the window. Wouldn't that be something? I ordered the bacon master burger with Swiss cheese. I didn't know it came with thousand Island or I in would have omitted that. The menu says mayo. I also got fries and my daughter got the garden burger. I got a 🍓 shake. It was good with chunks of strawberries. I will go again.“
