While in Shelton for the art walk today, we stopped for lunch and the staff was awesome at working with me and my extremely limited diet allowances. “Options for quality dining are pretty slim on the outskirts of Shelton. Thank God for Spencer Lake Bar & Grill. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The menu is unbelievably large with so many food options that everyone will find something they enjoy eating. The restaurant itself is very "country" but that makes it "casual" and since it sits right on the lake, the views are relaxed and beautiful no matter the season. If you're in the area and want a cold drink or a good home style meal, give this place a try, you won't regret it!“
