“I ordered the spicy chicken wing and thigh. Both are definitely worth going back for. I wasn't as big of fan of the sides, but I will still go back for the chicken. I live about 10 minutes away and the chicken was still crispy when I got home.
Wasn't a fan of the marinated vegetables as they were too sweet nor was I of the Monggo Beans & Rice.“

“This place has the best fried chicken I’ve ever had! The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The seasoning is perfect, and the portions are generous. “I've heard good things about the chicken for years and wow, was it awesome. J got the -crispy- half chicken with garlic sauce for 19 dollars. I was wincing at the price tag initially but the portion was enormous. I could not eat it all and I can eat a lot.
The chicken was crunchy and saucy, so juicy and tender and there was ample meat on the bone. They did not skimp in quality or quantity. I highly recommend going. Next time I will take a friends and order the whole chicken which seems like a really awesome deal for price. I will come back for sure!

“(KENT, WASHINGTON!) I say this, with some sadness in my heart, but I feel compelled to make the following proclamation. EZELL'S has the best peach cobbler I've ever tasted in my life! It is better than my GRANDMOTHER'S! (And most DEFINITELY better than mine!) Every soul food restaurant has peach cobbler. I never have had peach cobbler out. It never looks right to me. It never looks like my grandma's. Maybe I've been missing out on a lifetime's worth of cobbler! ********* They're telling me to that if you need desserts for Christmas but you don't wanna bake desserts for Christmas, ORDER THEIR'S FOR PICK-UP. Based on this cobbler, I'm making the recommendation that you do. My grandmother served peach cobbler every year for Christmas. We had southern Christmas and I had no idea that Pumpkin and sweet potato pies were considered Christmas pies until I was an adult. EZELL'S sells full and partial: cobblers and sweet potato pies.“

“We stumbled upon this hidden gem on Instagram and couldn’t resist checking it out. It’s a two-level venue, but the dance floor is located upstairs! The DJ was absolutely amazing, playing a fantastic mix of new and old school R&B and Hip Hop. Despite the younger crowd in the area(guessing close to UW and in Capital Hill), the vibe and music were perfect for anyone looking to have a great time. I didn’t get to try any of the food, but the girl next to me had wings that looked and smelled delicious. I’ll definitely make sure to try those next time. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a fantastic night out exploring a new spot!“

I've frequented here enough to know that all the sauces are a hit, the staff are always on point. if looking for a carb heavy hit, I HEAVILY suggest the dirty tots with an extra poached egg. good for an evening out, to sop up some of the booze before continuing drinking.“

“Some of the best roasted chicken in Washington. The green sauce(cilantro) goes really well. Be careful with the hot sauce, def had me sweating after I doused my entire plate lol. Service is quick and efficient but nothing special. Space only has about 4 booths, so if you plan on eating there go during off hours.“

“This Chick-fil-A location is quite clean overall and the atmosphere is nice. There’s almost always people sat down and eating inside of the restaurant, but it’s not super noisy. The employees here are quite respectful and their service is quick and professional. I have not ordered food here before, I have only ever picked up DoorDash/Uber eats orders from this location, but their turnaround time on orders is very nice and quick. I’ve never really had to wait for an order to be picked up from this location thus far. Overall, no complaints at all, and I would definitely recommend this location.“

“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“

“On Christmas Eve about 4 o'clock my family left an event in downtown Seattle and were really hungry. We looked on line for something on our way home to Lake Forest Park that was open. There weren't many choices and this place had pretty good reviews and was open. We were a little leary when we drove up. It was in an off location and small and modest. When we went in the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu looked great and we all ordered. After tasting the gorgeous food and generous cocktails, we were hooked. We usually do not return to places as we like to try something new, but we will definitely return to Botteco Brazil, Shoreline.“
