“I ordered on doordash for pickup, my food was hot & ready once I arrived not even 15 minutes after ordering- perfect, beautiful. However, there was only one person working the front end & they were absolutely busting their ass. My partner ordered a bubble tea once we arrived & it probably took 20ish minutes to actually receive it. I am in no way complaining about the length of time it took, more so wanting to bring to the owners attention how hard this person was being worked during what was an insanely busy dinner rush. Food was decent for the price & I would definitely come back. Five Guys is one of the few places where I’d be more surprised by a bad meal than a good one. The only other chain I can say that about is Chick-fil-A, and that’s high praise. If it somehow disappoints, I’ll come back and edit this. Only gripe: the hours—I wish they opened earlier and stayed open much later.“
