“If you’re ever anywhere near Cathlamet, do yourself a favor and stop at Patty Cake. We had a group of six, which can be a bit of a puzzle for a small café, but they didn’t miss a beat. They quickly made space for us and welcomed us like we’d been coming there for years. The food? Incredible. My mom and dad ordered the Bunkhouse French Toast platter, my brother and husband went for the Wondering Burrito, I had the chicken bacon provolone melt, and my sister-in-law had a bagel sandwich. Every single plate came out generous, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The portions were big enough to make you consider loosening your belt, and worth every bite. But honestly, what made this place special wasn’t just the food, it was the feeling. The staff served us with such genuine warmth, it felt more like being in someone’s home than a restaurant. The café itself is charming, with a cute rustic vibe that adds to the whole experience. You can tell this is a true local favorite. People greeted each other, shared smiles, and even struck up friendly conversations with us. It’s one of those rare places where you walk in as a stranger and leave feeling like part of the community. Would I recommend Patty Cake? That’s an easy one. Absolutely, without a doubt. 💛”

“I only ordered a salad and a diet soda as 1. I had already eaten a main meal earlier in the day and 2. I was traveling by motorcycle. The salad was only $5 and was delicious! A hood mix of greens, croutons, beets and some sunflowers seeds to top it off. Excellent view from inside. Cool vibe. Next time I stop in I’ll make sure I am hungry as the pizza looked and smelled amazing.”
