“Absolutely outstanding customer service! Chose this location even though it's an extra 25 minutes away. Vanessa was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! She took the time to walk me through ordering the cake, made sure that it was exactly the way I wanted it, answered all my questions, even helped secure specific candles for my daughter's special day. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the service. Thank you Vanessa!

“I went last night for the tropical ticket ice cream I've been waiting to try. The last couple times I went in for ice cream their center freezer section was not working and they were missing a lot of the flavors. Now that it's fixed they have all the flavors and I finally got to try this one. Davian was very polite and patient while I also tried some other flavors that piqued my interest. He recommended the mango flavored ice cream to go with the tropical ticket flavor so I ordered one scoop of each in a cup and it was a perfect blend of tropical flavors; like I had been transported to Hawaii.
I would give 5 stars for the professionalism and great recommendation, but I did use the restroom while I was there and it had a strong urine odor, and they stock the hand soap with that awful cherry almond scented soap that dries out your skin and just smells bad.“

“I am embarrassed I didn't know of this place and I have lived in Monroe with two kids for 4 years. It's utterly awesome. Everything looks delicious and whatever I had was insanely delish. I got the watermelon cup and it was awesome. Only complaint is if things were in English. But I understand and I will make an effort to translate with phone next time.“
