“El Mariachi is hands down a gem of a restaurant, serving up some of the best birria tacos you'll ever taste. The meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender, the consommé is rich and deeply flavorful, and every bite feels like a celebration of tradition and flavor. But what truly makes El Mariachi special is Hugo, the heart and soul behind it all. His dedication is unmatched—you’ll often see him greeting customers, keeping an eye on every detail, and making sure the experience is nothing short of amazing. You can tell this isn’t just a business to him; it’s his passion. It’s rare to find a spot where the food is unforgettable and the owner’s care is felt in every corner. Hugo’s commitment shines through, and it’s what keeps people coming back. If you haven’t been to El Mariachi yet, you’re seriously missing out on the best spot in town!!“

“The carne asada and especially the adobada tacos are to die for! The very best in Yakima that I have eaten! The cheesy carne asada quesadilla are deliciuos and surprisingly has a lot of meat! The super burrito was juicy and has a good taste but unfortunately seemed to lack a little meat according to my standards but other than that it was still good! Plus...it you like hot sauces, they have habanero, amongst other hot sauces and they even have guacamole sauce!“

“Small taco and drinks spot inside a restaurant. It was busy when we came in, and with only two people serving, the staff seemed a bit stretched but still friendly. The food was good, and the drinks were strong and served in large glasses. They also offer happy hour in the afternoon and again from 9 PM until close, with drinks at half price.“

“Came in with my family today for the first time. I'd highly recommend. That was literally the best Mexican food I've ever had. Amazing. We will for sure be coming back for more.“

“I stopped in for the first time today. I am always hunting for a great torta, and I definitely found it. I had a carne asada torta. I added cheese and cilantro. It is now my #1 favorite (in Washington). The lady that was at the counter was so nice! The green hot sauce in a bottle is so flavorful. I'm going back to try more items for sure. In my opinion it was better, faster and cheaper than the other taquiras that are close by. I am saying this for the torta specifically. The other places also have tasty stuff, but this torta hit different in the best way.“

“Genuinely the best Mexican food in marysville with a huge gap, the food tastes fresh and real! The burrito was unreal, tacos with birria was very good as well but if we also account the prices which are lower than most places we do literally get a 5 star experience“

“Their salsa roja is spicy and flavorful. Their burritos are a great value, filled with fresh veggies, avocado, and a generous amount of meat, and not overloaded with rice like other taco trucks. This is our go-to taco truck, even though there are many others that are closer.
Their cabeza (beef cheek) meat is very flavorful! Try it!
Accepts cash (order at the window) or card (via the iPad kiosk)“

“I went to Washington Burrito today. The test for me was Carne Azada Burrito. Passed!! The tortilla was fired. Taste excellent. The burrito was huge and FULL of steak (carne azada). This was my first time ordering and I will be going back often. Great price for GOOD really good food! TG“

“It was a Jack in the Box. There were very few people inside and nobody in the drive thru, yet the drink and condiment area was in desperate need of a cleaning. I was there probably 20 minutes in all and never saw anyone coming out to check to see if it needed attention. The service and atmosphere were average, but when I asked that the burger patty be cooked fresh, they did so without questioning, which I greatly appreciated. The Jumbo Jack was fresh and almost juicy from more than the veggies. I'd eat there again, I would probably just do it take out style. It's probably the best freshly prepared JJ I've had anywhere.“
