Can have really good breakfast meals all day long if u want. Family owned and cares about the community. Good place to bring the kids easy to find favorites for everyone. Definitely one of the good things about Spanaway.“

“1 am in hotel decided to head down and get a couple sandwiches. I was skeptical, and looked up reviews, glad we went. WOW. absolutely blown away. Made to order like subway,but that's as far as the comparison goes. Truely fresh baked bread, premium meats and cheeses,the absolute freshest veggies. The toaster cooked the sandwiches perfectly. We chose the Italian, as shown ( only 1/4 left by time of photo) and the roast beef. The meat is a true highlight.the employees were so kind ( at 1 am😮) this is a true jem. Went back night 2 at 10( Friday night) super busy ,again worth the wait . Pastrami and Swiss with bacon, and BLT with roast beef also in photos. 😋“

“We enjoyed tacoma restaurant week tonight (4/10/2025). The very best part of our experience was Toni, our server. She has been our server for our last 2 visits and what a delight she is! I was so happy to know we were seated in Toni’s section. We both ordered the RW Prime Rib. I had chowder (needed seasoning) and my hubs had the caesar salad which he said was good and it was certainly BIG. The prime rib was good; mine was a bit more done than I would have preferred. My potatoes seemed to have been sitting under the warming lights too long. Hubs said his prime rib was good. We both ordered the key lime pie for dessert which was a big miss. They need to re-think this offering. Waaayyy too much whipped cream which is not sweetened at all. Not enough key lime. Once I scraped all of the whipped cream off I could better taste the purpose of the pie which is the key lime. I tried a wine called Chasing Rain which was a big miss. I switched to Robert Hall which was better but I would not order it again. Hubs had the House/Avalon wine….I tasted it and would not order that either. It was a nice evening out and Mother Nature treated us to a beautiful rainbow.“

When you walk in you'll notice that it's just basic, no fancy anything and if you want water just walk over and pour yourself some it's great exercise 😄. Anyway. They have a very large menu to order from and if you want fish, get fish. If you want a burger, then get a burger and fries, it's really good food and you get your money's worth.
