“The delivery service's lack of motivation and the quality of their work are both dreadful. I've been having trouble getting my money back from them ever since they told me they couldn't deliver my order, even though the driver was given specific instructions and made no attempt to follow them. Simply find somewhere else to eat; this is a nuisance.“

We went a couple of weeks ago. There was an online special and she was there all by herself. The line was backed up but she worked hard getting everybody’s orders done.
We went this past Monday and she was there again. She had help this time but still provided excellent service!“

“Was in the store on 09/07/24 about (174th & PAC.Ave.)8pm,walked in and the employee was in the back unaware that I came in, spoke up and said hello and she came out from the back,surprised that there was only 1 employee just for safety concerns especially when she didn’t even know I came in. “I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

“Brianne made me an absolute stunning 3 tier wedding cake, cupcakes, cheesecake bites, and chocolate mousse cups! Everything tasted fantastic and communication was great! I decided to press my own flowers as decoration for my cake and cupcakes and sent some inspo pictures and Brianne went above and beyond. Thank you so much!“
