Kokoro Ramen Reviews
We absolutely love everything we get here! The black garlic ramen and gyozas are my favorite 😋
I love dining in, but it's been a little hard lately because there is a kind of putrid smell in the air like sewer or something at least the last 2 times I've gone in.
The service has always been mediocre, but the ramen used to be good. Now, their both awful. Save your money and make Top ramen at home, it will be much better than this place and you won't have to deal with the employees who think your an inconvenience.
We ordered Ramen through Uber Eats the broth was horrible tasted like dish water called and spoke to Leo. He Basically said what do you want me to do about it. He said it was Uber Eats problem.... horrible management aka “leo“. Wanted to argue instead of , “I’m sorry, how can I make this right” ... asked to speak to the owner, Leo says , “if you don’t get a call back” , not my problem... will never eat here again... worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
Menu
Kokoro Ramen offers a taste of East Asian street food, with excellent rice dishes and pork buns. The Black Garlic Ramen is flavorful, and recent reviews highlight that it can be outstanding. Customers have enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken and Beef, noting their delicious taste and the amazing house spice. The restaurant provides a variety of ramen dishes that are still waiting to be explored. However, some feedback has pointed out issues with the atmosphere, specifically an off-putting smell in the room, which needs attention. Despite this, the chashu is typically tender and flavorful, and the eggs are boiled to perfection, though they could be marinated longer. While the noodles may be a bit thin for some preferences, the overall experience at Kokoro Ramen continues to improve, making it a spot worth trying for anyone craving ramen.
