Just went though the drive-thru, ordered a large order. Got home to missing items, and items missing avocado, in a avacdo BLT. I called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Extremely disappointed and will not be back. They could have fixed my order by having the missing items delivered, or offering compensation for items I purchased and did not receive.
4th time visiting Sullivan store. Very very very very dirty dining hall. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. Can’t blame short staff, as we witnessed register staff just standing around during a lull time and did not get out to wipe down and bus tables. Also, no lids for medium and small drinks, when asked for one, was rudely told that they were busy all day and would get to it. My husbands grilled cheese was thrown together and my soup was cold. if you offer to slice Bagels, maybe they should actually oh I don't know, slice the bagels. thumbs down on their service.
