Starbucks in Spokane

“Nice place to study and hangout with friends. But unfortunately, One thing I noticed is that the sanitation rules are not followed 100%. I just saw one the baristas making a coffee after cleaning a floor with a broom with out washing his hands in between changing tasks. In an ideal situation you expect them to wash their hands after using the broom, before making a coffee for you.
But this doesn’t take away the fact that the baristas here, are pretty friendly and welcoming.“

“Compared to other Starbucks the sandwiches and coffee just weren't as good at this location as at others, which was a little upsetting with how expensive Starbucks has become nowadays. Still a good location and decent food, but not up to par with other locations. Great service though and I can't complain about the store itself.“

“I got a Summer Refresher and 4 cake pops to try each one with my kids. They forgot the strawberry one and when I went back they were very nice about it and gave an extra cake pop for the mistake. It was definitely worth it to go back because the strawberry one is delicious.“

“I ordered a lemonade acai and picked it up from a young lady in the drive-thru. True to Starbucks nature and culture that I've experienced over the years, I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel as if my drink and my awesome day were the most important thing to this young lady while I was there ? I used the mobile app to place my order. I had a gift card that I applied to my account on the mobile app (which is so cool!), so now that GC won't sit in my house and end up lost. On my phone, in my app, guaranteed it's getting used! I don't go to Starbucks often, but it seems no matter which store I go to, it's always a pleasant experience. This store didn't disappoint!“

“Yes, everything was spot on here. They were busy and the staff had their heads down, responding kindly when spoken to.The best thing about my experience today was how kind and friendly the customers were! Wow. Holding doors for each other, greeting, smiling at strangers (including me). There’s something a little positively extra about this Starbucks and the community that surrounds it.“

“I usually come in a few times a month, but I had ordered delivery for early this morning since I was doing an all nighter for midterms to treat myself before I went to work and the worker drew the most beautiful sparkles and flowers and my cup and it made my morning and I love it so much 💖 I never wanna toss this cup now“

“It's convenient that the store was right next to a gas station (to fuel up my rental before return) and directly on the way to the airport from my hotel. The baristas were nice and the patrons cordial, and, more importantly, my drink was delivered quickly.“

“I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! I rarely go to starbucks but had a wonderful experience today! Thanks Heidi and team!“

“The coffee is good. Lily you get 10 stars. Luka you need to work on your customer service. Asking the same question over and over and getting the same answer does not solve a problem. Be like Lily stop what your doing and take care of the customer. Lily you are awesome!“

“The baristas are so nice. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience even when they are very busy. Though today I did witness a customer harass these 2 baristas I believe were called Cayte and Angel. It was so shocking to see since they tried to help the lady out, but she refused and even forced them to write their names down. But it was nice to see how the batista kept her cool and stayed very nice to that rude lady. I know if it was me, I would have flipped out on her for being so insanely rude like that.“

“8/10/23 I truly enjoy the convenience of a Starbucks location within Target. It makes the shopping experience much more funThe service was always good. The employees are friendly. The food is good. We got the banana loaf and danish pastry (not pictured). We ate it and forgot to take a pix. LOL!Environment is comfortable and clean. When back in town, this is one of the store we shop at.“

“This used to be my favorite Starbucks with the nicest crew. Very disappointing the last few months. Drinks are often wrong and they always give half frozen in the middle breakfast sandwiches. They leave them in the heater a few seconds. Yuck“

“I stopped by Starbucks at Safeway in the 29th South Hill. I was looking for a Washington Discovery Series mug. Laura was the barista. I asked her for the mug. She took notes on my name and phone number. She said she will get the mug on Tuesday and place a hold for me. I showed up today and Teinya was the barista. I asked for the mug and it was there! Laura saved it for me. Laura & Teinya were so sweet making my day. The Discovery Series mugs are brand new in Starbucks and hard to find. Everybody wants them. I thank both Laura & Teinya for their great service. You rock! 5 stars for the girls. Happy Spring.“

“I have no idea why I've never left a review before. I have been coming to this location almost every weekend for over 3 years. Conveniently located to my residence. Everytime I go there, the staff is the friendliest and the food and drinks are top quality. I've literally never had a bad experience going to this location. Even if I were to move residence, I'd make the trip for this location always.“

“Fast, hot service. This Starbucks is easy to get to. It's nice that some of the staff still masks. Try the spinach breakfast wrap. I'm on a low cal diet. It's nice I can go here, have something tasty, and not blow my health routine.“

“This is a rare starbucks that is a real treat to visit. Everyone is kind and very helpful. They are always fast and cheerful. I enjoy visiting and knitting outside. I often stop on my way back from monthly visits to the vets across the way. They are always happy to see us, and my scardy cat loves the attention from the drive-through.

“I went here to get a pumpkin spice drink, since Safeway doesn’t have Starbucks anymore.
The lady was friendly and did a phenomenal job.
I wished Starbucks wasn’t too expensive, but thankfully, I had a gift card to make the drink less expensive.“

“I was in a crunch. I had forgotten the food for a staffing over the long Christmas break. Safe was close so I went to deli and explained the situation. Honestly I didn’t expect much more then a “ that sucks” what I got was so much more. Patty and her partner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make me look like a rock star.
