I have hated trying new places lately because I can’t get a good coffee. tried this place out for the first time and this is one of the better tasting coffees i’ve had in a long time! packed full of ice for my americano style and really good coffee shots!“

“Craft 19 got me excited when they first opened in the tiny town of Sumner a few years ago. My personal favorite is Nutella and the seasonal French toast crepe (please bring it back). The cinnamon dulce de leche latte always hits a spot. Craft 19 is a place where you can sit down, reflect and watch the world go by with a good cup of jo.“

“I always had a great rapport with Shelly at your A Street location and was wondering why she was let go. So I called the other location thinking that she moved over to the other location and was RUDELY greeted by some “God Awful Barista” there. I barely got in a sentence and she said, sorry, and HUNG UP on me. What kind of ATTITUDE brings this on and why did she compel to do what she did. I should’ve gotten her name but I could barely get in my complaint with her that this really irritated me for sure! “This place has super friendly folks and fair prices and lots of cute knick knacks for sale. It's extremely conveniently located for my commute back to Seattle, so I come here fairly often. My only minor nitpick is actually about the quality of their espresso: they pretty consistently pull rather bitter shots. I can't tell if it's a training issue or an issue with service on their machine or perhaps just the beans they use or the consistency of the grind, but it's always off. I asked them to pour their shots directly over ice which seems to help a little bit but I do wish this place could consistently deliver solid expresso. If you're reading this and work there: check for residuals on the group head and shower screen, Ensure the grind is not too fine, and don't over-tamp the coffee. If it tastes sour it's being overextracted the above should fix this.“

“My daughter and I just had Afternoon Tea at The Pink Chandelier!! Surprisingly I had NEVER been in there before 😱 (shame on me, I've lived in Puyallup 20+ years). The boutique is stunning! Every inch tastefully has something sparkly and wonderful to see, to which my daughter had to stop and admire. "Oh mommy, look at this!" "Oh mommy, this is beautiful!!" Lunch and the tea service was EXCELLENT too! She had hot chocolate in a tea pot that she could pour into her tea cup. They made sure her sandwich and pastries were gluten free and my soup and chicken salad croissant sandwich was the 🩷 BEST 🩷 I have had since I can remember. We will become frequent attendees going forward!“

“The strawberry and cream cheese croffle is amazing. You can’t go wrong with either the strawberry or Oreo bingsu either. Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. All of the signature drinks are to die for and the teas are spot on delicious!“

“I’ve been coming here for a couple years. The service is usually great and the coffee is good. In fact, I drive a good 10 minutes out of my way almost every day to get coffee here. Hannah, one of the newer girls, had extremely disappointing service today and I'm not sure I'll be back. Hannah said hello, how are you? I responded and apparently she didn’t hear me. She repeated herself with a tone, to which I responded that I had said hi? She responded , well I didn’t hear you then asked for my order. To which she still couldn’t clearly hear me . She asked me again to repeat myself. So I did more loudly and then she got rude. Saying I’m only asking you to speak up because the machines are loud. I’ve never had such issues with having to raise my voice but if you continually ask me to speak louder and I do, don’t insinuate that I’m being rude when I’m doing what you asked? She got both drink orders wrong so I guess she really couldn’t hear me or was being vindictive about purposely making them incorrect. I asked for one drink hot and she made it iced. The other drink I asked for extra ice and she gave me extra water (as seen in pic) . She remade my hot order without apology, however very slowly which didn’t bother me to be patient . But I felt like she was purposely being slow because she was upset at me. She handed me my drink without another word. That being said I’m still rating this place 4 stars . Minus one star for Hannah and the occasional inconsistent quality of drinks from all my visits. Still not sure if I’ll be returning as I don’t want another encounter with Hannah. I supported this shop so long because I much prefer to go out of my way to support a local shop versus popular chains.“

“This place made generic apple cider taste amazing! I love their lotus drinks, smoothies, and most of their coffee, but for some reason the white chocolate has an odd nutty flavor instead of a sugary taste. Since that’s one of my favorite flavors, I docked a star. BUT they have white coffee!! It’s the only coffee I can drink and even Starbucks doesn’t have that.“

The crew is always nice and willing to customize your drink and food however you need. If you've never been inside, I highly recommend giving their space a chance. The theme is Mary Poppins, (if the name doesn't already give it away) so even if you don't opt for dine-in, you have plenty of knick knacks and treasures to look at while you wait for your guilty pleasure. “In my opinion the best coffee around. It started with convenience and unlike Starbucks they made a standard delicious vanilla latte. But really it's all about the blended drinks. There are their specials which are all good but you can also get the coffee drinks blended & they use an ice cream base that takes it to a whole new level. Plus, you get a free bday drink which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!“

“My husband and I love this place!!! Their service is excellent!!! The food is fresh and cooked to specification. I have too many food intolerances and they accommodate the best they can. Their food looks and tastes homemade. I'm picky abt my fried eggs and they make them perfect. Cinnamon rolls are perfection. We like the atmosphere but to each their own. There's no loud music just the pleasant sound of people visiting. Sometimes the temp is a bit cool. We don't expect perfection especially since this is not a small business friendlybstate cc and sense covid help has been hard to get. No one is perfect and they take care of any problems right away. Only problem we've had was a couple times breakfast wasn't very warm othervthanbthat can't recommend enough for breakfast or lunch!!!“
