So I have been all over Washington always looking for the best sugar cookie and I FINALLY found it! some places have good cookies and some have good frosting but no one else has both. They make the perfect cookie with the perfect frosting. we also had the pumkin bar and it was absolutely delicious. we will definitely be back soon!“

The baristas are so sweet and always do a fantastic job on my coffees even when I have multiple orders that are different. The coffee is also superb! “My husband and I have been eating at Nordstrom's Cafe for years. The food is always great and service is usually good. We feel the quality of the food and the clean, updated interior warrants the higher food prices. However, after shopping the Anniversary sale my husband and I went to lunch at Nordstrom's and we both were disappointed that the Cafe is now using paper napkins and not cloth napkins. I know it's not a big deal to some but it feels like another Nordstrom's downgrade. Just like losing the piano player and the customer service center/gift wrap. Remember those beautiful silver boxes with the bows? Or how every clerk walked around the counter to hand you your Nordstrom bag. Those days are gone....we find ourselves shopping there less.....“

“My husband and I love this place!!! Their service is excellent!!! The food is fresh and cooked to specification. I have too many food intolerances and they accommodate the best they can. Their food looks and tastes homemade. I'm picky abt my fried eggs and they make them perfect. Cinnamon rolls are perfection. We like the atmosphere but to each their own. There's no loud music just the pleasant sound of people visiting. Sometimes the temp is a bit cool. We don't expect perfection especially since this is not a small business friendlybstate cc and sense covid help has been hard to get. No one is perfect and they take care of any problems right away. Only problem we've had was a couple times breakfast wasn't very warm othervthanbthat can't recommend enough for breakfast or lunch!!!“

“We happened upon this little gem purely by accident because we needed to use the restroom on our way from Roy to Tacoma. I always feel bad asking to use the restroom at a business establishment without buying something, so I checked out the menu and, when I saw they had a sandwich called Ellie's Garden, I knew I had to order it in honor of my youngest granddaughter, Eleanore. The sandwich was phenomenal! I shared it with my daughter and we found ourselves wishing we each had a whole sandwich. We definitely will be returning to sample more of the goodies Blue Steele has to offer!“
