This a regular place for me. I have enjoyed th steak and salmon numerous times. Shrimm0 Cocktail and chowder is wonderful. Took my elderly father to dinner on Wednesday l. My was good but the pacing of food was way to fast. My dad had fish and chips that were raw. The waitress did not offer anything until giving us the bill. This not ok. Very disappointed. I had salmon on Thursday which was wonderful.
My only negative comment pertains to noise. Our table was in front of the door to the kitchen and the service people going in and coming out would speak loudly so that someone coming the other way would not run into them. I certainly understand why that's necessary buy maybe a light of some sort would be better.

We had a reservation at 5:45pm and we arrived at 5:40pm. The gal up front told us we needed to come back at 5:45pm even through there were plenty of seats open to have us seated and they weren't busy. There was probably a reason for it but it was a little annoying. Outside of that, food and service was good.
