“Wow...their pastrami on wheat was exellent and when I asked for their banana bread ,the gal asked me if I wanted that warmed up with butter...Dang Gina, heck yes I would! It was exellent chasing it down with a hot cocoa...soo good! They are fast,friendly, and the food is top notch! Get there! It's well worth it! You may just wet yourself looking at the menu...plenty of delicious options!😁“

I have hated trying new places lately because I can’t get a good coffee. tried this place out for the first time and this is one of the better tasting coffees i’ve had in a long time! packed full of ice for my americano style and really good coffee shots!“

“Craft 19 got me excited when they first opened in the tiny town of Sumner a few years ago. My personal favorite is Nutella and the seasonal French toast crepe (please bring it back). The cinnamon dulce de leche latte always hits a spot. Craft 19 is a place where you can sit down, reflect and watch the world go by with a good cup of jo.“

“I always had a great rapport with Shelly at your A Street location and was wondering why she was let go. So I called the other location thinking that she moved over to the other location and was RUDELY greeted by some “God Awful Barista” there. I barely got in a sentence and she said, sorry, and HUNG UP on me. What kind of ATTITUDE brings this on and why did she compel to do what she did. I should’ve gotten her name but I could barely get in my complaint with her that this really irritated me for sure! “This awesome little coffee shop seems like a well-kept secret in the neighborhood, and I'm honestly kinda sad it took me so long to find it. Their coffees, teas, and other drinks are first-rate. They use organic, high-quality ingredients, and their staff are always super friendly, super helpful, and aim to make every drink perfect every time... Oh, and all this, for what I swear is less than you pay at the big chain shop with the green mermaid. Their coffee beans are so good (both decaf AND regular) that I buy them for me and my mom now ever since I tried them out. And their lil' shop is a comfortable place to sip your drink and just relax. Definitely recommend!!

Parking: Parking is usually easy and close, except certain peak hours when the shopping center is unusually busy. Even then, you can usually find a spot nearby pretty quickly.“

“I had wanted to try afternoon tea for awhile and so for my birthday we went 😀
So many good things. We made a reservation and did the duchess tea service.

The tea selection was huge and I had a hard time deciding because there were so many good choices. I got the English pudding one I think it was called, a black tea with fruity chocolatey notes.

The food was so good. They start you with a cup of soup, today was potato chowder YUM.
Then we got fresh baked scones with options to put a raspberry jam, an apple butter and their version of Devonshire cream. The scones were hot and fresh and perfect. I have never had the cream before but now I cant wait to try other types.

After the scones we had 3 savory mini sandwiches. My 1st cucumber one ever, a ham fig and goat cheese, and then orchard chicken salad. All of them were delicious
There was fresh fruit and the last piece the sweet treats, there was a cookie and a pumpkin cream cake. I wasn't a fan of the cookie but thats my personal preference. The cake though was very good, soft with the right amount of flavor.

The server was so sweet and attentive and explained all the dishes and the process.

The only thing that I wished was different was a slightly bigger table.

I will for sure be doing this again soon as the whole experience was delightful.

Parking: There's a city parkings, the park and ride and lots of street parking. Easy walking distance.“

“This place converts three boring ingredients into a gourmet meal for a great price. The bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado (BLTA) sandwich on wheat was intelligently skewered with two skewers to help stabilize the consumption of this traditional meal so that it didn't become messy when you were a few bites into it. The lettuce was just as crispy as the browned bacon and the tomato didn't slide out of the sandwich. Mustard and mayonnaise were balanced. Service outside was frequent enough to not be excessively annoying which speaks to the intuition of the waiters here to detect the subtlety of great customer service. All of this in a shady spot on the corner of a quiet town in Puyallup made for an awesome visit.“

“I’ve been coming here for a couple years. The service is usually great and the coffee is good. In fact, I drive a good 10 minutes out of my way almost every day to get coffee here. Hannah, one of the newer girls, had extremely disappointing service today and I'm not sure I'll be back. Hannah said hello, how are you? I responded and apparently she didn’t hear me. She repeated herself with a tone, to which I responded that I had said hi? She responded , well I didn’t hear you then asked for my order. To which she still couldn’t clearly hear me . She asked me again to repeat myself. So I did more loudly and then she got rude. Saying I’m only asking you to speak up because the machines are loud. I’ve never had such issues with having to raise my voice but if you continually ask me to speak louder and I do, don’t insinuate that I’m being rude when I’m doing what you asked? She got both drink orders wrong so I guess she really couldn’t hear me or was being vindictive about purposely making them incorrect. I asked for one drink hot and she made it iced. The other drink I asked for extra ice and she gave me extra water (as seen in pic) . She remade my hot order without apology, however very slowly which didn’t bother me to be patient . But I felt like she was purposely being slow because she was upset at me. She handed me my drink without another word. That being said I’m still rating this place 4 stars . Minus one star for Hannah and the occasional inconsistent quality of drinks from all my visits. Still not sure if I’ll be returning as I don’t want another encounter with Hannah. I supported this shop so long because I much prefer to go out of my way to support a local shop versus popular chains.“

“The strawberry and cream cheese croffle is amazing. You can’t go wrong with either the strawberry or Oreo bingsu either. Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. All of the signature drinks are to die for and the teas are spot on delicious!“

Please stop by if you have never because it will change the way you drink coffee... “In my opinion the best coffee around. It started with convenience and unlike Starbucks they made a standard delicious vanilla latte. But really it's all about the blended drinks. There are their specials which are all good but you can also get the coffee drinks blended & they use an ice cream base that takes it to a whole new level. Plus, you get a free bday drink which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!“

“My husband and I love this place!!! Their service is excellent!!! The food is fresh and cooked to specification. I have too many food intolerances and they accommodate the best they can. Their food looks and tastes homemade. I'm picky abt my fried eggs and they make them perfect. Cinnamon rolls are perfection. We like the atmosphere but to each their own. There's no loud music just the pleasant sound of people visiting. Sometimes the temp is a bit cool. We don't expect perfection especially since this is not a small business friendlybstate cc and sense covid help has been hard to get. No one is perfect and they take care of any problems right away. Only problem we've had was a couple times breakfast wasn't very warm othervthanbthat can't recommend enough for breakfast or lunch!!!“
