This place is very up and down. The food is usually accurate so that’s a big plus. However, they always tend to have issues. Either their order screen is down, or you wait a while, or something else. Whoever is managing that location does not always hire the most quality people.
Each time my boyfriend and I have gone to this location, they have always messed up our order. This last time (3/17/24), we ordered ahead with their app and then proceeded to wait in the drive-through for an hour while they tried to fulfill orders. Once we did get our orders, the fries were cold, our ice cream was practically melted, and our burgers were made incorrectly. I think this was the worst experience either of us had with a fast food restaurant.
