We had a destination wedding and planning from afar was stressful, but Margaret gave us so much useful information in advance. We were unable to taste the food from any of the caterers we contacted, but we decided to go with Dombrowski because we immediately liked Margaret from our phone conversations. We were so happy to discover that the food was delicious! We had a stuffed chicken breast and a salmon entree, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, fruit/cheese/bread - all of it was delicious and many of our guests commented on it as well. In addition, Margaret and her staff on site that day were so helpful, so happy, so friendly, so accommodating, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and everything was going well.
