I go there almost everyday, I see new faces once in awhile, but mostly familiar, but they all are extreamly kind, hard working, professional. Very genuine characters and kind staff, what a great team. I'm not sure who does the hiring, but they have great judgment of character. “I love this little shop. The gals are always so nice and the coffee is great. They make a point to get to know their customers and it's also dog friendly. The only downside is the constant loitering of people asking for money or just hanging around and yelling at customers as they walk in and out. They hang out right by the entrance and crosswalk so there is almost no way to avoid them and sometimes there are several at a time. It's very uncomfortable and doesn't feel safe and I feel for the gals that have to deal with that at the coffee stand and I hope they are compensated well because I can only imagine the challenges they face every day.“

“I had a great night at Hank’s enjoying the tasty French dip and fresh dinner salad. The roast was heated on the grill with very little fat on the slices. The bread was toasted; crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.“

“What a lovely experience! We stayed in the Reed's Sweet Wine guest house over the weekend. We were in town for my son's race and stumbled across Reed's while looking for lodging. The grounds are so soothing and peaceful, the wine is unique and flavourful, and the guest house is clean and quaint. The house is large, decorated with detail and provides a kitchen to prep and cook your meals in. The guest house also has a very large and comfortable sitting room and porch. The host is very friendly as well as the other staff we met. I highly recommend not only their wine tasting, but lodging too. It's simple and beautiful!

“We reserved some space and celebrated my son's 40th birthday here recently. He picked the place! As it turns out, it was the perfect venue. We had pizza and charcuterie. There was lots of space for all the guests to sit and chat or travel the room. Kids are allowed and the kids that came had a blast as well. Brittany was our bartender and handled everything with such ease and kept a smile on her face all evening. Would 100% recommend this venue for any event.“

“I've always wanted to visit this place, but I always seem to pass it on 6th Ave. It looks like they used to have a large assortment of beers you could have selected, but either the fridge is broken or the business model didn't pan out.

They do have 50 beers on tap with a good selection of wine.

It was quiet but picked up around 4:30, and a few parties took place outside.

I did see kids and dogs enjoying the outside seating.

I did enjoy #50, but it lacked a bourbon barrel flavor.“

“Serves mainly pizza only other thing on the menu are paninis and salads. Growing up Italian I would have liked to see more panini options. Pies were small a bit greasy but overall pretty damn good. I didn’t get drunk there but if I was the pizza would have been the perfect remedy. The lady with the short hair served me I didn’t get her name but she was professional, friendly, fast, attentive and a great overall bartender and server. Drinks wee reasonably priced and specialty mixed drinks displayed on the wall with prices. Gentleman in the kitchen was also fast with orders cooked to perfection. Overall I would recommend coming here for a good buzz and a quick bite.“

We struggled to find a fine dining spot in Tacoma that could host a larger party without an ungodly fee and were so happy we found Le Sel. “I've placed an order for pickup 3 times in the last 2 weeks, each time for Broccoli Beef & an order of Gyoza. I'm giving the food 4 stars instead of 5 simply because each time the broccoli is raw. I don't mind a little crisp to the veggies, but the broccoli is simply raw. Other than that, the food is amazing. Kinda spendy but generous portions help make it worth it. 2 min from home, tastes great, always hot, but gotta knock the star for the raw broccoli each time. If they fix that minor issue and cook it just a couple min longer, I'll give it 5 stars when that happens.“
