“It was my first time ordering and coming to Vans burger.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake, a burger and two order of fries. The burger was so big that I was able to share it with my daughter.
Shake was in a small cup.
Microphone is a bit old so you hard to speak a little louder and clear for them to capture your order.

Please be nice to the people working here, the time I went it was super busy and someone behind me was being a bit rude to them. The lady at the window who takes the payment is also the same person who is taking down the orders.

“OMG!! If you have not eaten here before, its definitely a MUST try!! I dont leave reviews often! Especially not GOOD reviews.. BUT... Red Wagon Burgers is by far the best burger place around the area! Completely blows Big Toms or Egans or anywhere like that completely out of the race.. first time ive eaten there was today and I got the BBQ burger and fries and mozzarella sticks! The fries were 100% the best fries ive ever had from a place like this and the mozzarella sticks were also the best ive ever had! Last but definitely not least.. the burger was AMAZING!! Very close to, if not the best burger ive ever gotten from a restaurant!
Dripping good every bite! And the bun wasn't even soggy at all after driving 15 minutes before eating it! BIG PLUS!!“

“Burgerville this is the best. It's clean it's welcoming the food is great the people are great it's such quality ingredients I just love it. But I was really disappointed when I went to pay and there was an option to add a tip. Do they not pay the staff enough? Are they treated well? Why would I need to pay a tip for just ordering food it just makes no sense“

“A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant! They have the best tasting burgers and the best soft serve ice cream!? A&W soft serve ice cream is WAY BETTER than Dairy Queen ice cream! If i could buy A&W soft serve mix i guarentee i would go spend thousands of dollars on a soft serve ice cream machine just to have it all the time! LolI really wish A&W restaurants were around everywhere like they use to be, unfortunately they are getting harder to find becoming few and far between. “Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“I had a disappointing experience on a visit. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee snapped at me and told me it would be in my bag, but there wasn’t one. I also paid an extra $0.60 for extra cheese, and it wasn’t included with my order.

I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened, and she was kind, listened to my concerns, and asked me to come back. When I returned, she honored her word and even took care of my meal. She didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. While my initial visit was frustrating, the manager’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned the experience around. Thank you for caring about your customers. “Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s, which is how I usually order. The service was actually pretty good this time — the person taking my order was nice and the overall interaction felt smooth.
The only issue I tend to run into (and it’s really my main gripe with McDonald’s in general) is that when I order my burgers plain — nothing on them, no toppings, and definitely no cheese — they sometimes forget and add things anyway. It doesn’t happen every single time, but it’s frequent enough that it stands out.
Aside from that, I’ve been pretty satisfied. Yesterday’s visit was a good one, and I appreciated the friendly service at the window.“
