“We were told 30 minutes for our order, and after 45 min we checked and were told 10 min more. Well another almost 30 minutes went by and after asking for our food to go, we.didnt even get our whole order and had to wait another 10 min! Absolutely unacceptable! We watched many a people with orders after us come and go. Highly disappointed.“

“Some people tell me that Subway has gone downhill; That has not been my experience. I like Subway, The food is always good there and the service I receive is always outstanding. I go there with a group of about 15 other people and I never hear any complaints from them either.“

“Oh right it A&W we have all eaten at one some point in our lives. For me it been many times. To day while I was ordering my food. I was asked if I like Chicken strips. Which I replied no a hate out of the box Chicken. When the lady operating the cash register told me it was fresh. I told her I didn’t believe it. Then the manager said yes and I’ll make one one to prove it. She did and it was delicious. I will now be ordering strips from here.
Now the point of this rating is I thought it was frozen and she wanted to show me it wasn’t. And stood behind her food. I for one appreciate that. Great leadership. And she has make a loyal customer out me. Thank you for showing me some restaurants still know what customer service is.“
