Galos Flame Grilled Chicken

I checked this place out because I was craving chicken and didn't want anything to greasy like fried chicken. So I typed grilled chicken in yelps and this gem popped up, located in the Whole Foods plaza. The places was empty but that didn't steer me away because I love chicken. Not sure why the reviews are so negative! This place/location was amazing the food was amazing, the proportion was way more than enough, the place was super clean. The clear glasses up front you take for your drinks, not a spot on them & I look & I’m picky. My hubby had enough food for leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We stopped in on a very hot (for Tacoma) evening because we didn't want to cook. We ordered the Pairing (for two) with a kale salad and garlic bread (lemon piri) as well as a breast and a wing (medium piri). There appeared to be only two people working, someone at the counter and a cook. We were the only people in the restaurant so the staffing seemed appropriate.
