“Do they train staff here to be rude? I don't know. But it does seem that way to me. Every time I want to order something they act like they are doing me a huge favor. I am like, ok, I didn't mean to inconvenience you by trying to order a drink. Will you pretty please do me the honor of blessing me with your presence while I, a peasant, order a drink from your highness? Anyway, the food is good. I like the upstairs area. The service though, oh man. It makes me not want to visit this place.“

“Stopped into Burgerville for a quick meal. I was greeted by an amazing lady named Kelly! Her customer service was amazing. Even brought my food out to me and she also gave me a good recommendation on the chipotle aioli. The cooks definitely know what they were doing. The portions were spot. I got the cowboy sliders with extra crispy onions and extra mayo with a side of regular walflie fries. Crispy,crunchy and just an overall amazing experience. This might be my favorite Burgerville. I will be back!“

“Wow! I don't usually write reviews about food, but I am just so excited to have this food truck near my house, next to a brewery with awesome music! This was my first time eating their food. I am just so impressed! I had the bowl, with soy protein curls, extra avocados, black beans and the Thai peanut sauce- it was so delicious! I was happy that it wasn't overrun by rice, since I'm not a huge fan, and theirs had a satisfying tecture. My partner also liked it (and she's hard to impress), but they were already closed. Hopefully during the summer months they'll be able to stay open a little longer than 8pm (fingers crossed!)“

“Great food, loved the omelette and the home style potatoes are AMAZING. Only complaint is that if you're there with a larger party (more than two) and are all paying separately, be prepared to either all have cash, or one or two people cover the check as they only allow two cards ran per table. This should be posted where people can see it BEFORE they order. We ran into this issue while dining in with coworkers. Ordinarily it's not a huge issue- but if you're in travel status and using per diem it can be quite annoying. Otherwise, the restaurant is great.“

A good variety of food to choose from and the food has never been brought to me cold when they are busy. I normally go for breakfast, because it's my favorite, but lunch and dinner is good too. “We love this place so much. Not only is their lunch special one of the best sushi deals around, the quality of their ingredients is really great, meaning everything is delicious (they have the best miso soup). And I’m super picky about sushi after living in Japan for several years!“

“The menu options were great and we enjoyed our food. The greeter and our waitress were especially friendly and helpful. However, the young lady who showed us to our table looked out of place. Everyone other employee was dressed in attire you would see at Oktoberfest as you would expect in a German restaurant. She was in a very casual oversized sloppy looking sweatshirt or sweater. And although I use a walker, she led my husband quickly to our table, chatted with him while waiting for me to catch up. Then she walked away without even waiting for me to actually get to the table or speaking to me at all - VERY RUDE!! Our waitress, server, greeter and the food more than made up for the bad taste she left in my mouth, thank goodness.“

“First time here today. It smells so good just walking in the door. I'm not sure of the spelling but Devon is so friendly and warm. He was very patient with my never ending questions If you haven't had their homemade bread, you should. I ordered a meat lovers and its as good as any pizza I can remember. It took me back to my favorite pizza as a child. The menu is pretty broad, everything we had I enjoyed. The service had me smiling. This is a phenomenal place!“

“This place might just be a low-key walk up window for food to go, but it's honestly some of the best Mexican food in the area. Far better than most of the sit-down Mexican restaurants around Vancouver. Tacos are always excellent and today I had the ceviche tortas special which was amazing.“

“We love Crave and have gone there several times. The mac and cheese is beyond great. We love the pasta they use, and the sauce is amazing. I always have extra to take home too. Not your grandma's grilled cheese is another favorite. I personally don't understand the bad reviews. It has been so great every time we go we have been completely satisfied and have told management several times. Compared to a lot of places and fast food at the same prices, it is a no-brainer. Thx Crave for our new place!“

“I'm disappointed to see you getting involved in the disinformation campaign on Mcgillivray (not close to your restaurant) that a loud minority is calling "Save Our Streets." The campaign is biased against people who need to (or choose to) get around by methods other than cars. And it drowns out the neighborhood voices that have been following the process for input that the city set up.“

“I was placing an order online. My order wasn’t processing correctly so I swiped out and started again, that order went through. I then get a call from PM’s saying I had two identical orders, did I want both. I thought it was great that PM’s team did just assume I wanted both, but they called to confirm! Well tnd first order went through showing I had two. Way to go PM’s. Ben would be proud!“
