“Went to Zips on E. Sprague to get a Burger. Walked in, & in cooking area EVERYONE WAS WITHOUT A MASK! oh 2 of them had masks around their neck. They all looked at me then leaned over the food they were preparing/ baging & continued on....talking very loudly. I walked out because I needed a safer option. No masks, no gloves..too risky for me! I went directly to WENDY'S. EVERYONE at Wendy's wore a mask & gloves. If you want a a great burger from somewhere that is preparing your food Safely & following the rules, go to WENDY'S!! FEEL FREE TO SHARE! They get a 5.0 from me!“

“I would definitely come here again!!! there was 2 girls by themselves, I felt bad for calling and letting them know they had forgotten my regular fry they apologized and said for me to come in and they would remake it was quick and fresh!! Both of them were super sweet! they both had black hair and I couldn’t quite catch their names but I wanted to give them praise for their hard work!“

“This is for the McDonald’s on Broadway and Sullivan. Idk if he is new seems like I have only seen him recently in the last month or two but his name is Blaine and he is very nice always so pleasant willing to go above and beyond and just actually seems happy to help you unlike some of the other employees that work there. I have 3 kids so I’m at McDonald’s a lot actually every Thursday we get take out and of course my kids always pick McDonald’s and I’m always happy when I seen Blaine bring out our food my 4 year old always asks him what his name is and he doesn’t just ignore him like most… he actually engages with him and makes him feel heard! Keep it up Blaine!“

“Ordered a family meal and some extra items. The apple pie bites were lacking filling. It's a lot of crust with very little apple. The extra crispy chicken had hardly and coating on it. It definitely wasn't extra crispy. The original was good but was disappointed in the extra crispy. Cole slaw, as always, was good. Biscuits were nice and soft.“

“Food is always great, always have great looking tables even the bathrooms are not bad, but today we went for late lunch 230pm an wow all I can say is WTH happened we had a great person helping then the next gal had something else going on. We even had to bag our own food no fortune
cookies an no thank you come again or anything, but she was sure in a hurry to help the people after us. Sorry I'm an older mix gal an im not the pretty white girls that was next in line an my kids were not that. I felt like wow they got the cookies an the whole thanks an come agin stuff. The fries in my opinion are too oiled and not the best but I like the burgers.
You can add a lot of toppings for free, it's a plus

“The best. We had to find a new zips, the one near the house has the chunky tarter and I don't care for it. This zips has the zesty, smooth taste I have grown up knowing. Burgers were prepared perfect, and the staff. Well, the staff was right there while training a new employee and stepped in when they got a little flustered. Our order is always special due to my pickiness and they did great. Better sizes of cup o tarter also. Love the stuff for homemade fries, dogs, and burgers too. Thank you so much for the great meal. You have an excellent staff.“

“this is a good DQ, however they need to learn that when someone in line orders food that is taking a while, ask that customer to pull forward and they will bring out food, like MCD's, Arby's, etc. then the line keeps moving and our blizzards aren't soup by the time we get them.“
