I was hesitant on coming here because it was advertised as organic coffee, so I initially thought the coffee would taste more bitter or not as good in general…but I wanted to try it anyway. I WAS SO WRONG. This coffee is some of the BEST I’ve had in a longgggg time! I’m sad we don’t have any in Phoenix because I would seriously come here ALL the time if I could! I ordered the hot white mocha both times I came and it was SUPERB! 👌🏽 I also love the fact that the 24oz comes with 3 shots of espresso because I love me some extra shots. Will be thinking of this coffee ALL the time until I come back to WA! Also, whoever worked at this location the night of Sunday (8/10) was one of the nicest girls I’ve ever met. So genuine and the definition of exceptional customer service! Thank you for the positive experience and wonderful coffee!“

“This is one of the best things I’ve eaten. Absolutely delicious. We got an OG with cream cheese and the strawberry whip with Nutella as the base. WOW. The cinnamon roll itself is light, fluffy, with just the right amount of crispy edge. I thought the strawberry and Nutella was going to be too sweet, but it was just the right amount of sweet, with a little tang from the dough and a HUGE amount of whip cream (the box wouldn’t even close). I’ll be thinking about this cinnamon roll for forever. It’s that good. As soon as I took my first bite I laughed because I knew it was over. We ate it in minutes. Can’t wait to go back! To top it off, the staff were great!“

“Small coffee shop in Haggen's. It was noon on a Saturday when I popped in and was not too busy! I hadn't been before, I got an 8oz Bees Knees coffee with one shot. It was delicious. Employees were very nice and efficient. Wish I lived closer because I would visit all the time.“

“I ordered two Starbucks traveler units for an early morning volunteer event, fully expecting to wait 20+ minutes. To my surprise, they were ready when I walked in! Dani was working and completely made my day. She greeted me like she’d known me for years (even though we’d never met), recognized my name from the mobile app when I placed a separate drink order, and let me know right away that my travelers were good to go.

She was welcoming, kind, intentional, and fully present—at 6am on a Saturday, no less. She shared with me that they now have a machine that allows them to prep traveler units in just 3 minutes, which is a total game-changer. But even beyond the efficiency, Dani’s customer service was what stood out most.
