“I just wanted to bring attention to how wonderful this establishment is. I walked in this morning and was greeted genuinely and kindly by all 3 employees. I am making an assumption, but I believe they are all family, and that they are the owners. When I mentioned to them that this was the kindest most wonderful subway I have ever walked into, the gentleman thanked me and was amazed at what a compliment it was. Not only is that unheard of these days, but so refreshing to see. What I also should have shared was that it may have been the cleanest Subway Establishment I have ever walked into. Lastly, and with zero exaggeration, my sandwich was flawless, it looked exactly like the subs you see on the advertisements. It's wasn't smashed into a bag with wilted and limp vegetables. Subway corporate ought to model all of there stores after this one.

“I wanted to share my experience with the staff at Jersey Mike's in Hartford. I didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I brought my three little ones here for dinner.

Haydyn, who we later found out was the owner, was very welcoming when we walked in the door. The place was very clean and well maintained.

I encourage my children to order their own food. He was very patient listening to them, while they figured out the menu.

Lexus was so sweet and patient listening to my kiddos, when asking for what they wanted on their sub. She smiled and was very welcoming.

For myself, I wanted to try a cheesesteak. I asked Haydyn for suggestions and he did not disappoint. I think I ordered a 99, but whatever it was, was absolutely delicious and they did not hold back on meats or toppings.

I've been super impressed with Jersey Mike's. I was once a Cousins patron, but numerous Cousins Subs have really dropped the ball with service, filling an order, their personalities and actually covering the bread with what you pay for.

“Now I remember why it is I haven't been to Taco Bell in forever.Today I got a burrito and a taco the burrito had absolutely no meat in it just the beans that they put in it the taco had more lettuce than anything else. Really wish there was a del Taco around Wisconsin.“

“My husband and I took our 2 year old son there for lunch today and staff member Issac made it such a nice experience. My son loves lizards and Issac happened to have a lizard tattoo on his forearm and we asked him if our son could see it closer up, and he was more than happy to. Issac also got a Culvers Turtle plush toy and gave it to him so nicely. Very sweet person, very attentive and great staff member.“

“This is the best Subway in the area. Both employees working are so friendly. You could tell they really care about their customers. As we sat there eating, multiple people came in and they called them by name, asked how their day was. Just very friendly. Plus the bread was fresh and the subs were delicious!“

“It took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers, pretzel bites, and 2 chillers. Then when we got the food, they gave us the wrong size and items. The young lady that brought us our food was top notch and very professional. We were given a voucher for our wait and they remade our chillers. Definitely would go back. Took one star for the few hiccups we had.“
