Placed an online order. Didn't realize that the time you set for pick up is when the order enters their system.Woman came off rude like we ruined her evening. She then went into the kitchen and I assume was grumbling about us.Although they have redone this location it had an uncomfortable feeling about it.It took 15 minutes after our pick up time to get our orders, which were inaccurate/missing items. You really can't beat a good whopper and fries...and this place did a great job putting them all together. The people working the evening that we were there were very friendly and patient. The dining area was also very clean...much cleaner than I usually expect for fast food joints.
