“This place serves fantastic chicken! Biscuits were also delicious. My go to for chicken tenders has always been Chester Fried chicken at the Northsider on N. Richmond Street but these are just as good although they are much smaller than the NS.“

Food was absolutely delicious.i had mac and cheese tender bowl and hubby had chicken strips and fries meal, we got a shake and dessert jars. (We couldn't eat it all) We will be sure to eat here again next month when we come to Appleton again.“

“I had a $5 gift card for kfc that I needed to use, that's the only reason I came. After reading all the negative reviews at this kfc and others, I did not have high expectations for the visit. When entering the parking lot, I encountered a huge pothole, which if i hadn't been paying attention, could have damaged my lower sedan car. There was a narrow stretch between the pothole and the curb, which i had to carefully stay between. It was deep enough that if i had driven over it, it could have caused damage. The girl at the counter was very friendly and took the time to type in the gift card number when the card swiper was not working. I had previously gone to the Neenah location and they could not get the gift card to work. I also tried to order online and there was no option to pay with a gift card. I ordered the 2 piece chicken, it was good and was ready quickly. I would definitely go back to this location. From what I have seen and heard about kfc, they are on the decline, but my experience here was evidence to the contrary. If they would pay more attention to maintaining their parking lot, I think there is hope for kfc to make a comeback. Fix your parking lot and I will change my review to 5 stars.“

“Coupons came in the mail, with the place having new ownership. I came through 15mins after they just opened at 11:00. Ordered a family meal of 12 piece and 3 sides. Felt kinda bad because there was only one worker, but he didn't show any annoyance. Instead he handled it with respect and great energy. Informed me he's the only one since they just opened, and it'll take about a extra 5minutes. Got my meal fresh and warm with great customer service. I couldn't see his name, but just seen that it said shift supervisor. Glad for it to reopen with new management, especially on Easter.“
