“Stopped in town to visit a old friend..got hungry so decided to check this place out..good service.. bartender was friendly..drinks were perfect..and the woman who brought found out to us (Jolene) was super friendly and very helpful..I definitely recommend stopping in!“

“Oh my goodness! Where to begin? We came in for fish fry and it did not disappoint. Homemade potato pancakes, hand battered cod, and freshly made cole slaw. My husband had an old fashioned, it was huge and delicious. Also had the fresh hand battered mushrooms (they were huge!) served with house made garlic aioli. We will be back to try all the hand made goodness on the menu.“

“This is a step up from your typical bar and grill. Menu has a bit of an old school supper club feel to it. Staff seem experienced and well-trained. Everyone was working hard. Cozy feel to the bar seating area, but the ambiance in the separate dining room is a bit lacking. Thankfully, it offers extra seating space on a busy weekend night. I'm somewhere between 3-4 stars. Overall, pretty decent casual dining.“

“Had 11 people out for fish fry, everything was very tasty, no complaints from any of the group. I especially enjoyed the "grilled" cod, offered along with baked and fried options.It's a sports bar atmosphere, but beautiful views of Lake Neosho add to the vibe. Always friendly staff, and down home comfortable feel. With reasonable pricing for both food and beverage it is a favorite for many folks.“

“My college friends and I had drinks and dinner in the igloo and it was such a fun experience! It was nice and warm and our server Nick was attentive and got us all the extra ranches we needed! I would highly recommend anyone to book the igloo!“

“We've ordered take-out from here more times than I can count, and the food was always great. We decided to go out on a Friday night and eat there with a friend. The food was even better in person! Dare I say, even better than if I were at a restaurant. It was a Friday night, so the bar was pretty busy. The guy that took our order was also running the bar. And I have to say, for someone who was running around all night doing 12 tasks at the same time, he was so awesome! Always had a smile on his face and never forgot we were there. This definitely isn't a family-style atmosphere, it's a bar/restaurant. With that said, our 9 month old didn't mind, nor did we. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. There was even another toddler there too! I was iffy on eating here since I heard stories of the old Hideaway, but things have definitely changed for the better and we will 100% continue going here. Don't tell our friends at Foolery's, but I think the food here is better. Hideaway is probably our favorite place for food in Okauchee.“

“Went here on 4/13/24 Went here with a friend for lunch. Now that the days are getting warmer- they have outdoor seating. Inside is welcoming. Very clean. Laid out nicely. Many options in the menu besides burgers. We both ordered bacon Cheeseburgers. They offer up 2 choices of fries. The burgers were huge. Fresh and made to perfection. Everything was perfect. The person who waited on us did a great job for us. Rough us out beverages right away and the food came up pretty fast even tho the place was pretty busy. I met the owner. Very nice lady. This is a privately owned establishment. Love supporting local places. There is more than one of these places. I think she said there are two others? But they are all privately owned. Great place to take your family, friends or kids to. They have plenty of tv's if u want to watch a game. They also have music videos playing in some of the tv's. Great atmosphere.
