“Ordered (10 or 12 piece) chicken family meal. Chicken was undercooked. Given a single portion via family portion of Mac and chz. Biscuits were dried out. Potato wedges were amazing however again was not family portion.Waited infront of counter waiting/trying to order while two workers walked back and forth laughing seeming lost. They saw us standing and waiting. Both seemed very displaced and confused. Gal that took order and packaged our food didn't have hair pulled back or in a net. Hair was literally hanging down all around infront and around face, past shoulders. Didn't change gloves from one station to another. Inside of gloves just drenched with sweat, sliding off.She was very friendly though and provided service with a smile! So that was very nice. Gave her benefit of doubt cz cld have been in training.“
