“I love this subway, its always really well kept and the staff is nice, even when you come in minutes before closing time. But today, we came in at 9 and the guy working who’s name I’m pretty sure is Jake, and he had the WORST attitude I have ever experienced. My boyfriend was waiting on me to use the bathroom and told him he wasn’t ready to order yet because he was waiting for me and Jake proceeded to have attitude with him. Then when I was out there and pointed to the type of chicken I wanted Jake proceeded to get this horrible attitude with me and raised his voice as he asked me what type of chicken, even though i was literally pointing at it, and then proceeded to list all of them off. Then when he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no, he got MORE attitude with me and was like “okay whatever.” I have genuinely not seen this bad of attitude from a worker here before. I’m sorry that you’re balding and seem to be pissed off about that, but that does not mean to take it out on customers!!“

“I've been coming here since I was a kid. My dad was stationed an hour north and we lived in Minnesota, so we'd stop here for a bathroom break and ice cream on the way to visit him. Fast forward to adulthood and I kept the tradition alive by stopping here any time I was in the area or driving through. It hasn't changed much which I like for the nostalgia, and it's been kept clean.Staff was friendly and polite, as usual, but might need some practice making cones... Instead of the nice DQ cone I've become accustomed to, with the swirl at the top, I got one best described as, "there was an attempt..." Staff are teenagers, so there is some forgiveness, but definitely need to have instilled in them a pride in their work regardless of the task. This was instilled in me with my fast food jobs when I was a teen, and it carried over to every job since.Overall, I will still come back here because the cone tasted just fine, despite the lackadaisical presentation. And it's DQ, I'm not expecting a 5 star experience, that's not a reasonable expectation.“

“Drive-thru pickup of an online Rib value meal deal. Rib sandwiches were sort of sloppily assembled and scant on fixings. One sandwich had BBQ sauce the other hardly any. One had a few onions the other had two slivers. Our medium fry was like a small in the container. I just had to shake my head and smirk. Our Big Mac was assembled well. The young man working the window was very smiley and nice.“

“The closing staff was very friendly and accommodating since we arrived with only minutes to spare on 3/23. Food was hot, made correctly and came out quickly. The counter has self-order screens, but the staff was ready to help if we needed it.“
