“No complaints about the food. Ordered a delivery at 4:45pm and it took 2 1/2 hours for it to arrive. We could have drove to Chicago and got our food quicker. We had to feed our kids something else because it was their bedtime before it came.“

He did so and was told it would be reimbursed within 2 days. It never was so I called. When I called, I was told the owner was "doing a bunch of them today" but it's been almost a week and still nothing. After 3 attempts, I am letting it go but feel the experience and lack of follow through is worth sharing.“
