Walked in and was immediately very rudely told they were out of bread when it’s 7 pm and they don’t close until 8:30!! When we asked just to clarify the lady was very disrespectful and said “no he’s joking” like we’re idiots. Very lucky my child was with me or I may have not been so nice as to just walk out.
They did not make my sub as I order it online. I walked in to hear them making fun of the way I ordered my sub. They then proceeded to recommend I order a salad next time if I'd prefer extra lettuce because that would be cheaper. The sub was ruined by the amount of Mayo they put on it and I will not be going back there ever again. The food is generally good, but the employees are rude and unprofessional. I'd also add that if you complain to management, nothing happens. They back their associates even when they are out of line.
