“Attended tonight to see Rustbucket the band. They are awesome! The sound was excellent in the place as well. We enjoyed our drinks and food was reasonable priced. Our waiter Brad was so great. He was very attentive and very kind with a great sense of humor! “

“Had a cheeseburger and fries plus classic Bloody Mary which was pretty good Plate burger and fries came on was too small so juice from pickles kinda saturated the bun. Ordered medium done for meat but pretty much raw. Maybe that was my fault and should of ordered med well? Liked the fries a lot as not too salty. Service was GREAT! Somehow my wallet came out of my pants pocket and must've fell on chair seat. When we'd left, server tried tracking us down but we were already on our way. I realized it wasn't on me when I got home so called. They had retrieved it and put it in a safe place until my son picked it up the next am. Honesty and integrity those workers have there. God bless them! ❤“

“We picked up the hand breaded fried cod with fries and potato pancakes. I have never had a take out fish fry that I’ve loved after getting it home, until now. WOW. The breading was crunchy, cod was cooked perfectly, it came with a delicious coleslaw, rye bread, tarter sauce (yum!), applesauce and lemon. This is absolutely a top 3 fish fry for me. We can wait to go back!!!“

“Clean, cool establishment on the channel to Wind Lake. Great service! Drinks, Pull tabs, pool, gambling machines… everything one needs to have a great time!Got a few mixers… YUM! “Let’s start with 5 stars***** We visited Tally’s Tap on Wednesday October 8, 2025. This was our first visit. We spoke to a man on the way in, and he recommended the BBQ Ribs which was the ‘Homemade Dinner’ special - his name was Stan (a once a week regular). Inside we were promptly seated, and it was busy, with a full parking lot. Mike was our great waiter, and we also met Chad (another super friendly and knowledgeable waiter). I ordered a full rack of ribs, with Mac and cheese, fresh green beans, and corn bread for $24 (I think). Stan and Chad were right - the ribs were super tender, great BBQ sauce. I shared them with my husband and daughter and we all felt they were absolutely outstanding. Corn bread was very tasty as was the Mac and cheese. My husband ordered a wrap with grilled portobello, and a cilantro sauce - he said it was good. My daughter ordered a salad, with fried chicken sliced on top, and substituted the menu dressing for the green goddess. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was a lovely first visit, and we will be back! Thanks to the employees, and owners for making this such a great experience. By the way - I am very picky. I know good food because I worked in some great restaurants on the East Coast. It is tough to have me really love a meal - but you guys made that happen!“

“I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. We asked the bartender for a simple mushroom garnish for our drinks, but they mistakenly rang up an order of breaded mushrooms. When we tried to clarify the order, the bartender completely lost their temper and started screaming at us, accusing us of lying about what we ordered. ​Mistakes happen with orders, but being screamed at by staff is unacceptable. It was embarrassing and ruined our night. We won’t be returning until management addresses the extreme lack of professionalism behind the bar. this occurred at approximately 530-6 pm on 1/2 26 for reference for management as to who the young male bartender on duty was..“

“JQ put together a unique breakfast buffet to fit our needs. We planned an intimate private celebration, but didnt require the space (or cost) of the private room. we were creatively accommodated in the dining room with a delicious assortment of breakfast foods! great job JQ & crew!“

“Let me tell you about our Badger Burger. We are frequent guests here and always have great service and fantastic food. Well, my 7 yr old daughter who is a very picky eater selected badger burger for her birthday dinner bc they have her “favorite” - good ol kraft Mac n cheese. She even planned to order not 1 but 2 orders for her special day. We arrived, Mallory was our amazing waitress and ordered our food and drinks right away. The food comes out and they recently switched to a delicious, home made, white cheddar Mac…not Kraft. Normally not a big deal but it’s a 7 yr old’s bday dinner..so needless to say she tried so hard to keep it together and be OK with not what she expected (disregard the fact that she’s a picky eater and were totally catering to her on this day..no judgement!) anyway, Mallory quickly realized the issue and we asked about the Kraft. There’s none, they switched. This is where it goes ABOVE and BEYOND - Mallory apologized and brought out the chocolate bday cake! THEN she literally ran to Walgreens to get this sweet little spring child a box of Kraft, complete with a bow and a little keychain stuffy to make up for this. This is not the kind of service you get anywhere. But something our local BB does and we love them for it!!“
