“A hidden gem in a little town/village. Let's start with the owners, they care about going above and beyond and settling for the " norm " from their higher end food selection and specials to their excellent bourbon choices, this " bowling alley" is anything but a bowling alley. Don't be fooled by the exterior or the little town that it's nestled in it's worth the stop, the waitstaff/bartenders are knowledgeable in their trade and can answer most any questions put in front of them I was impressed.“

“We were given our total and then when we received our check the total charged didn't match the total stated and she walked away before we could ask why were were rounded up. Afterwards we said we'd go again because the food was so good but we'd watch our bill more closely. It's one thing to earn a tip and be left it but to round up after saying a total doesn't make sense“

Calamari was good though a little salty and on the small side for the price. Would definitely come back when in town and if menu is expanded.“

“Our absolute favorite place in Dane County! Hosted my fella's 50th birthday party in the outdoor area in May - was absolutely seamless and beyond fun! The ambience, updates, menu, drink selection, specialty pizza nights....all off the charts awesome! “My girlfriend and I stopped in town for lunch during a long day of hikes in the region, and we wanted to spoil ourselves so we came here to Buck & Honeys.Our hostess and our waiter, Robert, were fantastic. We asked to sit outside since the weather was beautiful, and our hostess said she'd ask Robert since he was the only server on the clock. Not only did he say yes, he seemed more eager than us to get outside for some sun!What proceeded was one of the best lunches of my life, the mocktails and bacon-wrapped dates were insanely good. I had the thai chicken bowl and my girlfriend had the buffalo chicken salad. Both were so well made and very satisfying. We finished by treating ourselves to the cheesecake which was delicious.The atmosphere was nice too! We asked for the sunshade to be extended and it made the patio that much nicer to dine on. We had a view of the bike path so lots of people watching ensued. Plus this place plays some pretty good music.Robert was the star of the show, just an A+ server in both friendliness, sense of humor, attentiveness, and efficiency. Dude was on his A-game and deserves so much praise. Thank you for elevating the experience!“

“This is far and away the best pub in town. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. From the live music, game day specials, or the "cheers" type vibe on a weekday this is the place to be in Sauk City when you need a drink and lively conversation.“

“This is our first visit to Morgan's. That's my wife. Wanted to try new bar. It was pleasantly not busy and we grabbed a seat at the bar. Drinks were made perfect priced spot on. They're bacon. Cheeseburger was one of the best cheeseburgers that I've had in many years. I would drive over an hour for this food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“I would not recommend this place to anyone. My friend and I had bad service Wednesday and her & I will not come back. The bartender Wednesday night ( October 19th) first of all, we only order Appetizers for starters and without asking if we wanted an main dish to have dinner, she just took away our menus without asking. All she did when we were there is hung out at the other side of the bar. Did not check on us. They other people that were working didn’t even check on us or asked it we wanted anything. I think she was rude for not doing her job and check up on the customers like us but, she stood and talk to the other people at the other side of the bar and counted money. If I could rate this bar, I give it an 0 stars if not 0 stars it would be an 1.“
