Ordered placed around 3:30 for a 5pm delivery. Delivery on time, but all food was cold and dried out. Tried to call and talk to someone, but couldn't understand what he was saying because of accent. I think they made it at order time, not for when it was to be delivered. Now I'm out over $60.00!
Good was ready on time!!! Wings were hot and fries krispy. Was greeting when I entered and food was all good. Only one issue. 20 wings 1 ranch. I’ll order more next time haha. Thanks BDubs to go
My plain wings weren't edible, very dry. Honey BBQ wings were ok but all the wings were wayyy too small for what they charge. My biggest issue was the customer service. Atmosphere was very dry, I wasn't greeted upon entering or when I got to the register. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day. They definitely need to work on in store experience.
