It takes a little extra time to prepare meals since there is only 1 chef at the moment. So I would say if youre pressed for time, eat elsewhere. But if you want a little higher quality at an understandably slower time, please eat here.“

I had an incredible experience at Ginza Japanese Restaurant, and this picture says it all. The sushi was not only beautifully presented but also unbelievably fresh — every bite tasted clean, vibrant, and full of flavor.

The service was impressively fast, yet never felt rushed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect without hovering. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with genuine care, but Ginza nails it.

We also ordered the gyoza, and they were amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. A must-try appetizer!
