“Most staff are nice but they can be rude sometimes. Not just to costumers but to their own employees which is disappointing to see. They have forgotten my sauce before but other than that their food is absolutely delicious! The place could use a good cleaning. Most of the time when me and my brother go there the food doesn’t take long at all though they have their days. Overall it’s not bad at all it could use some improvements for nicer staff and cleaning.“

“Whenever I get food here for in store pick up the service is always kind, friendly and fast! The Food still hot and delicious. KFC nuggets are ? and with the bone in wings back it’s 10/10.Can’t wait for Nashville hot season to return especially in the Famous bowls.The picture is for size.

“I went through the drive through a couple days ago for lunch. I made it back to work and realized they forgot my side salad and my soup was only half full. I returned with my receipt and explained the situation. They were very quick to apologize and assured me they’d get me my salad and a new soup. Additionally, an older gentleman who I believe might been the manager told me to help myself to a couple pints of ice cream from the cooler. It was totally not needed, but I felt it was very kind of them to make their wrongs right. They addressed the mistake with an apologetic attitude and ensured me they’d fix it. They are always kind here and except for this small mistake, they service is typically fast, efficient, and friendly.“
“I received a coupon in the mail and hadn’t been to Subway in a long time. I was very, very pleased.
Mike, owner operator, was very professional. Everyone smiled and was very conscious of good service! I will be back and keep them on my list of places to get sandwiches for group meetings.“

“Thanks to the subway in burlington I have a nice close place to eat. I walk down their from runnings every weekend and they are always right away up and ready to serve me! The store manager their is supper cool and appreciate his hard work that he does! Keep it up guys!!!“

“Mistakes happen and how a business responds when those mistakes are brought to their attention matters. I ordered a sandwich delivery, received it very quickly but opened the sandwich to find it was only bread, meat, and cheese (missing the mayo, tomato, and lettuce). I promptly called the store and spoke with the manager (Jeremy?) who was apologetic, very kind, and professional. He sent out a replacement sandwich to my residence right away and I received it within 10 minutes or so of the first order. Food was yummy as per usual. Thank you Jeremy!“
