“Great prices, chill vibes, nice people. Karen (bar manager), Marcia (only Thursdays), and Hope (Sundays) are my favorite bartenders. Just J's is my go-to public place to hang in West Allis. This bar has everything. Darts, pool, and drink specials throughout the week. This is a bar where everyone takes care of everyone. See you there!“

“Hands down one of the best establishments in the greater Milwaukee area! The food is amazing and CHEAP, as are the drinks. The bartender is a woman of the highest class, and the patrons open and friendly. It's like a blast from the past, few places of this caliber exist anywhere in the United States. “So the review written by "Being Still", I was there with this person. The restaurant reached out to this person through Messenger, but because they blocked Being Still, there is no way to respond to them. And they took the comments off their facebook page and blocked Being Still.... nice.... Seems sneaky to not leave a honest review up for people to see the conversations, but to only have the good ones on your Facebook page. Instead of having to go look in the review section to find honest reviews.“

“Moved to the area not long ago and was looking for a nice place to go for a drink. This surpassed my expectations. Great looking sports bar and all of the bartenders are very friendly. I've only gotten apps so far and they've all been very good. It also has the coldest draft beer I've found.“

“Was never to Oscars before. I didn't expect that I'd be eating the greatest burger I've had in my Life. Meat was thick and juicy. Bun was clean and soft. Onion rings were hot with a firm dense crust. My friend and I were almost in disbelief. Staff was incredibly polite. Clientele, (place was packed), were well-mannered. I'll definitely be back. 10/10“

“We stopped by Sunday afternoon to have lunch after dress shopping. It was myself, my 5 yr old, my mom, my Mother-in-law, 2 sisters, and my cousin. The service was friendly and fast and the food was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised in the variety of food offered and how it was different than most “bar and grill” food. I would definitely eat here again!👏🏻👍🏻it’s like a fancy Unos/Applebees inside a dive bar vibe😃“

“If you are not Caucasian or white Anglo-Saxon Protestant, do NOT go to this bar. Wisconsin is already one of the most segregated states in the country, and Foxes proves it the moment you walk in.
I entered wearing a $15,000 sheared mink coat and carrying a Louis Vuitton bag — clearly not riffraff, clearly not someone arriving to cause trouble. My boyfriend, who is Puerto Rican, was dressed appropriately as well. We looked polished, put-together, and fashionable.
And yet the security guard, who was slurring his words, immediately put his hands on my boyfriend the second we sat down. His excuse? “Your pants are sagging.” They were not. This wasn’t about a dress code. This wasn’t about safety. This was racial profiling — blatant, obvious, and unprovoked. I put my bag on the barstool, took my fur off and immediately in less than two minutes problems based on purely our appearance. Which is how racism works actually.
I am African American, and as soon as they saw we weren’t white, the tone shifted. This place caters strictly to white patrons and the few Hispanic customers willing to tolerate disrespect. Everyone else is treated as a problem before they even order a drink.
Coming from New York City, I know nightlife, I know professionalism, and I know discriminatory behavior when I see it. Foxes is a disgrace to hospitality and a danger to anyone who isn’t white.
If you value dignity or basic respect, don’t go where you are not welcome.“

“I’ve lived in Milwaukee since August & this has quickly become my go-to wing place with my girlfriend (who introduced me to it last year). We come here weekly like clockwork now - before moving here it was my choice when I’d come up from IL to visit (when it was my time to pick) - for the Jacks, Ecto Cooler & the Parm fries but also for the EXCEPTIONAL service by Katie. She helps me navigate this large, fabulous menu & she has never steered us wrong. She is so knowledgeable, fast & friendly. I only wish every place had a Katie to accent a menu this delicious. Nom nom nom. Run, don’t walk here.“
“This place is a nice little bar with a litte of everything. Good prices, darts, billiards, a few large televisions for sports and they are open on Thanksgiving. If you are in the area, it is worth dropping in. They also have TouchTunes if you are familiar with the app, so you can pick the music that is played while you are there. There is limited parking, but there is street parking nearby as well.“

“We stopped in last night for the first time, after driving by your place 6-10 Xs a week for the last several years. Not sure why it took us so long, probably because we already had several "favorite" fish fries. But yours just jumped to the top of the list. And yes, if you can't decide, go for the combo . . . that's what I did and it exceeded my expectations. We will be back!“

“I had my brother-in-law's Celebration of Life party at the Thirsty Duck in Sussex for about 55 people. Jessica Neuhaus, the event sales manager, was great to work with and with her help we pulled off a great party. We were able to have a private part with plenty of room for everyone. Even the kids had a great time with the duck pin bowling and corn hole. We had the Southern Style BBQ dinner with pulled pork, smoked brisket and chicken. And, the food was Amazing! I had nothing but compliments from our guest and really it was all the Thirsty Duck. I highly recommend this venue for your next party. Lisa D.“

“Excellent restaurant. The food, prices, and service were top-notch. The breakfast was great. The eggs were cooked to perfection. Visited for dinner, and the burger was fantastic. Nothing fancy, but the meat was fresh and tasty. Honestly, it's one of the best I've ever had (and I consider myself a bit of a burger snob lol). The service staff were attentive and friendly. I visited 3 times and consistently had a great experience. At first glance, this place just looks like a standard hotel restaurant, but don't judge the book by the cover! Check this place out. “Came up with friends for Harley Homecoming weekend. Our buddy picked this place and I am glad he did. It was amazing! Try the Scotch Egg and spring roll. Delicious!
